개인정보처리방침

HoldemLog(홀덤로그, 이하 "서비스")는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집하고 어떻게 이용·보관·보호하는지 설명하며, Google Play와 Apple App Store를 통해 배포되는 HoldemLog 앱과 웹 서비스에 함께 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목과 방법

로그인하지 않은 게스트 상태에서는 기록이 기기 안에만 저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

앱 내 광고는 Google AdMob이 게재하며, 광고 게재와 성과 측정을 위해 기기 정보와 광고 식별자를 처리합니다.

Android: Google이 광고 식별자(ADID)를 이용해 관심사에 맞춘 광고를 보여 줄 수 있습니다. 기기 설정의 광고(Google) 메뉴에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정해 맞춤 광고를 제한할 수 있습니다.
iOS: 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 다른 회사의 앱이나 웹사이트에 걸쳐 이용자를 추적하거나 이를 이용한 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 보유 및 이용 기간

개인정보는 회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 계정을 삭제하면 서버에 저장된 핸드·세션·게시글·댓글·사진이 함께 삭제됩니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다(예: 「통신비밀보호법」에 따른 접속 기록 3개월).

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 단, 이용자가 직접 "공개"로 설정한 핸드와 커뮤니티에 작성한 게시글·댓글·닉네임은 다른 이용자에게 표시됩니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁과 국외 이전

서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 위탁하며, 일부는 국외에서 처리됩니다.

Anthropic에 전송된 데이터는 Anthropic의 API 정책에 따라 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

앱의 MY 탭에서 닉네임을 수정하고, 기록·게시글을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
계정 삭제는 앱의 MY → 계정 삭제에서 즉시 처리됩니다. 자세한 절차는 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 10일 이내에 처리합니다.

7. 안전성 확보 조치

비밀번호는 복호화할 수 없는 방식으로 암호화해 저장합니다.
모든 통신은 TLS로 암호화되며, 데이터베이스는 행 단위 접근 제어(RLS)로 본인 데이터만 접근하도록 제한합니다.
서버 접근 권한은 운영자에게만 부여하고 접근 키를 분리 보관합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 18세 이상을 대상으로 하며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.

10. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전에 이 페이지와 앱 공지로 알립니다.

This English version is a translation of the Korean original. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

HoldemLog (the "Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what information the Service collects and how it is used, stored, and protected. It applies to the HoldemLog app distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and to the web service.

If you use the app as a guest without signing in, your records are stored only on your device and are not sent to our servers.

2. How we use information

Identifying members, signing in, verifying email addresses, and resetting passwords
Storing hand and session records and syncing them across your devices
Providing AI hand analysis results
Providing community posts, comments, and hand sharing, and handling reports
Publishing tournament schedules and verifying hosts
Showing ads, keeping the Service stable, and preventing abuse

Ads in the app are served by Google AdMob, which processes device information and advertising identifiers to show ads and measure their performance.

Android: Google may use your advertising ID (ADID) to show ads based on your interests. You can limit personalized ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in your device's Ads (Google) settings.
iOS: The app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites or show personalized ads based on such tracking.

3. How long we keep information

We destroy your personal information without delay when you delete your account. Deleting your account also deletes the hands, sessions, posts, comments, and photos stored on our servers. Where applicable law requires us to keep certain information, we keep it for the required period (for example, access logs for 3 months under Korea's Protection of Communications Secrets Act).

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties. However, hands you set to "public" and the posts, comments, and nickname you publish in the community are visible to other users.

5. Processors and international transfers

We use the following companies to process data on our behalf to run the Service. Some of this processing takes place outside Korea.

Under Anthropic's API policies, data sent to Anthropic is not used to train its models.

6. Your rights

You can change your nickname in the app's MY tab and delete your own records and posts.
You can delete your account immediately in the app under MY → Delete account. For details, see the account deletion guide (in Korean).
To request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information, contact us using the details below. We will respond within 10 days.

7. Security measures

Passwords are stored using irreversible encryption.
All communication is encrypted with TLS, and the database uses row-level security (RLS) so that you can access only your own data.
Server access is limited to the operator, and access keys are stored separately.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we learn that a child's information has been collected, we will delete it immediately.
